Boston is the founder of BosBeauty. She has her Master’s degree in nursing and is a certified family nurse practitioner. She is an aesthetic guru and lover of everything beauty. Her passion lies in wanting everyone to succeed and she is so excited to share her skills and knowledge with all of you!

I am a Family Nurse Practitioner specializing full-time in medical aesthetics at BosBeauty! I am an injector, trainer, and Nurse Manager for both St George and Las Vegas locations. I reside in Southern Utah with my amazing husband and two giant pups. My background is in pediatric and women’s health nursing for 6 years before jumping into the aesthetics world 2 years ago and finding my passion. I absolutely love the art and attention to detail it takes to inject. Nothing beats witnessing the transformation of my client’s confidence before, and after treatment. I was honored to be recognized as a top 25 injector in Las Vegas in 2022 and recently became a  certified PACE trainer for Prollenium. I love sharing my passion with our Bos Babes and Bros and I hope to welcome you into the BosBeauty family soon! 🤍

Nick Naumoff

I’m a cosmetic injector here at BosBeauty. Originally from the Midwest, I made the move to Las Vegas just shy of six years ago. Much of my clinical career has been in critical care, both in the ICU setting as well as EMS with flight nursing. Roughly two years ago, however, I had the urge to expand my knowledge base, use the creative half of my brain, and find a way to help people in a different way; cue BosBeauty. My goal working in cosmetics is to have each of my patients walk out more confident and empowered, spreading that healthy energy to their family, friends, colleagues, and the random stranger on the street.

Maddy Lesuma

I am an aesthetic injector at BosBeauty. I obtained my Bachelors of Nursing from Utah Tech University and started my nursing career in the Observation Unit/Emergency Department. I am married to the most amazing man and have an adorable fur baby. In my spare time I love to travel, stay active, read, and of course, binge Netflix! I have a passion for all things aesthetics and love helping my clients feel amazing in their own skin

My name’s Rachel and I’m an injector here at BosBeauty. I was born and raised in Las Vegas and have always had a passion to help others and make them feel like their most beautiful, confident self! When I’m not at the spa, I’m working as a pediatric ICU nurse. I love the outdoors and being active, especially if I get to include my fur baby. I can’t wait to meet you all and help your aesthetic dreams come true!

Morgan Rhoades

I’m a licensed Master Aesthetician in Utah and Nevada, graduating from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in January of 2019. I have been curious and passionate about the skincare industry since and have pursued a career in Medical Aesthetics with BosBeauty starting in December of 2019. I now manage the Estheticians at both our St. George and Las Vegas locations. I take pride in ingredient knowledge, continuing education, healing the skin through a wholistic approach, and helping patients rebuild confidence by improving skin health. I am married to my high school sweetheart and in my downtime I enjoy practicing and teaching yoga, traveling, spending time with friends and family, golfing and finding new ways to express creativity. I am a certified DMK Paramedical skin therapist and specialize in acne and aging skin. I am inspired and dedicated to being a results driven Aesthetician and provide my best knowledge and expertise to each individual client that I treat.
