Helix Fusion

Helix Laser Skin Resurfacing at BosBeauty

If your skin could use a refresh — smoother texture, brighter tone, better collagen — Helix laser skin resurfacing delivers real results without the “one-size-fits-all” approach. At Bos Beauty, we use Helix technology to customize your treatment based on your skin goals, lifestyle, and how much downtime you’re willing to take.

From lighter resurfacing with minimal recovery to more advanced treatments that target deeper concerns, Helix lets us meet your skin exactly where it’s at.

What is Helix Laser Skin Resurfacing?

Helix is an advanced CO₂ laser system designed to resurface the skin with precision. Unlike traditional laser resurfacing, Helix allows us to adjust treatment depth and intensity — meaning your results are customized, not cookie-cutter.

The result? Improved skin texture, tone, and firmness, with treatment options that range from subtle to transformative.

Helix treatments are commonly used to address:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Sun damage and discoloration
  • Uneven skin texture
  • Acne scarring
  • Enlarged pores
  • Skin laxity and dullness

Helix® Laser Resurfacing Options at BosBeauty

Each HELIX treatment is fully customized based on your skin type, concerns, and desired downtime. During your consultation, we will recommend the option or combination that best supports your skin goals.

CoolPeel®

CoolPeel is a light fractional CO₂ resurfacing treatment designed to improve skin texture and tone with minimal downtime. By targeting only the superficial layers of the skin and minimizing excess heat, CoolPeel delivers visible results without the extended recovery traditionally associated with CO₂ lasers.

CoolPeel is ideal for:
•    Refining skin texture
•    Brightening dull skin
•    Minimizing the appearance of pores
•    Softening fine lines

Sultra™ (Helix Ultra-Depth Collagen Stimulation)

Sultra is a non-ablative fractional laser treatment designed for patients seeking deeper collagen remodeling without disrupting the skin’s surface. This advanced option targets the deeper layers of the skin to improve texture, firmness, and long-term skin quality with minimal downtime.

Sultra is commonly chosen for:
•    Early to moderate signs of aging
•    Skin laxity and loss of firmness
•    Uneven texture
•    Long-term collagen stimulation and skin strengthening

Helix Fusion

Fusion treatments combine ablative CO₂ resurfacing with non-ablative 1570 nm collagen stimulation, allowing us to address both surface-level concerns and deeper skin quality in one customized session. This option delivers more comprehensive rejuvenation while still keeping recovery manageable.

Fusion treatments help improve:
•    Moderate lines and wrinkles
•    Acne scarring
•    Uneven tone and texture
•    Overall skin firmness and elasticity

Why We Love Helix

Helix gives us flexibility and that means better results for you. Instead of forcing every patient into the same treatment, we tailor your resurfacing plan based on what your skin actually needs.

At BosBeauty, that means:

  • Personalized treatment planning
  • Advanced laser technology
  • Natural-looking results
  • Honest conversations about downtime and expectations

What to Expect From Treatment

Helix laser treatments are performed in-office and typically take 30–60 minutes, depending on the treatment selected. A topical numbing agent is applied beforehand to keep you comfortable.

After treatment, you may experience redness, warmth, and mild swelling — similar to a sunburn. Downtime varies based on treatment depth, and your provider will walk you through exactly what to expect before you leave.

Downtime & Results

Downtime ranges from minimal with CoolPeel to several days with more advanced Helix treatments. As the skin heals, you’ll notice smoother texture, improved tone, and a more refreshed appearance.

Results continue to improve over time as collagen production increases, with many patients choosing a series of treatments for optimal results.

Is Helix Right for You?

Helix laser skin resurfacing is suitable for many skin types and concerns. During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your skin, talk through your goals, and recommend the treatment option that makes the most sense for you — no pressure, no guesswork.

How many treatments will I need?

Some patients see improvement after one session, while others benefit from a series. Your provider will create a plan based on your goals.

Is Helix laser resurfacing painful?

Most patients tolerate treatment well with topical numbing. Sensation varies depending on treatment depth.

When can I wear makeup again?

This depends on the treatment selected. Lighter treatments allow makeup sooner, while deeper resurfacing requires more healing time.
