Ultrasound
At BosBeauty, patient safety, precision, and exceptional care are always our top priorities. We’re proud to offer the advanced Mindray TE7 Ultrasound at all of our locations, giving our Nurse Practitioners the ability to see beneath the skin in real time. This innovative imaging technology can help visualize blood vessels, identify existing filler, assess tissue depth and anatomy, and provide valuable information when evaluating concerns such as vascular compromise, nodules, or granulomas.
By adding another layer of information beyond what can be seen or felt at the surface, ultrasound can support more informed treatment planning, precise decision-making, and assessment of potential complications. The Mindray TE7 gives our NPs another set of eyes beneath the skin, helping us continue to provide our patients with an elevated level of safety, confidence, and care.
Ultrasound can be used for:
- Facial vascular mapping to identify blood vessels before injections
- Filler mapping to locate existing or migrated filler
- Ultrasound-guided filler dissolving
- Assessing filler complications, including suspected vascular compromise, nodules, and swelling
- Real-time injectable guidance for more precise placement
- Identifying tissue depth and facial anatomy
- Submental and body fat assessment
- Pre-treatment planning for patients with previous filler
- Follow-up imaging to evaluate and document treatment areas
Advanced ultrasound gives our providers valuable information beneath the surface, helping us create safer, more individualized treatment plans.

Advanced Ultrasound Technology at BosBeauty
Meet the Mindray TE7 Max T
At BosBeauty, we are proud to use the Mindray TE7 Max T Ultrasound System, one of the most advanced point-of-care ultrasound machines available today.
The Mindray TE7 Max T is a high-performance medical ultrasound system designed to provide clear, detailed, real-time images of structures beneath the skin. Its large, high-resolution display and advanced imaging technology allow providers to see anatomy, blood vessels, tissue planes, and previously placed filler with greater detail than a basic handheld ultrasound.
What Makes the Mindray TE7 Max T One of the Best?
The TE7 Max T is more than a simple handheld ultrasound device. It is a sophisticated medical imaging system designed for precision and image-guided procedures.
It features advanced technologies such as eSpacial Navi™ 4D magnetic needle navigation, which helps provide information about needle location and direction, and iNeedle+™, which is designed to improve needle visibility during procedures.
These features make the Mindray TE7 Max T an excellent tool for aesthetic medicine, including:
Visualizing facial anatomy and blood vessels
Providing a clearer view of structures beneath the skin.
Identifying previously placed filler
Helping providers evaluate the location and distribution of existing filler.
Supporting treatment planning
Giving providers additional information when planning injectable treatments or evaluating concerns such as lumps, asymmetry, or suspected filler migration.
Assisting with image-guided procedures
Helping providers visualize anatomy and needle position during selected treatments.
Why BosBeauty Invested in Ultrasound
Every face is different. The Mindray TE7 Max T allows our providers to look beyond surface anatomy and obtain additional information about each patient’s unique anatomy.
Ultrasound does not replace clinical judgment or proper injection technique. Instead, it gives our providers another layer of information to support thoughtful assessment, planning, and treatment.
At BosBeauty, we believe advanced technology should help providers see more, understand more, and treat with greater precision.
Ultrasound is an additional clinical imaging tool and does not eliminate the inherent risks associated with injectable procedures. Ultrasound use is determined by the treating provider and may not be indicated for every patient, treatment, or treatment area.
